Company Owner and President, Gordon Mason, arrived in the US in 2001 with a Degree and background in Accounting and Business Finance from the UK. He started as Office Manager for a Rural Multi-Specialty Therapy Practice and quickly progressed to the position of CEO. During the following 19 years he HAS worked with Therapy Billing Operations, Therapy Groups, PT Software Developers and Multi-State Physical Therapy Revenue Cycle Operations.
With this experience, OTRM was founded in 2013 with a Mission Statement of providing Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy practices with a Billing Services company that was focused on their success and not distracted by diversification across the entire spectrum of Medical Services. Since then OTRM have developed partnerships with some of the leaders in the Therapy Software industry, along with a reputation for honesty, integrity and results amongst his peers and clients alike.
